摘要
质量控制体系是民营中小型工程机械制造企业成长发展的保障,售后服务是继产品销售之后与客户接触最紧密的一个环节,能真实反馈产品的缺陷。本文提出把售后服务作为企业产品质量控制反馈机制的核心,建立采购——生产——售后服务反馈链,这有利于民营中小型工程机械制造企业逐步建立全面质量管理体系,增强市场竞争力。
Quality control system is very important for the growth and development of private middle and small engineering machine manufacturing enterprises. After service is the most close link to customers after saling, which can give the real information about the product quality. This paper takes after - service as the core of quality control system for the enterprises, and sets up a ordering - producing - after service feedback chain attached to the total quality control system. It may enhance the competitive power of the enterprises.
