摘要
以互利共赢为基本原则,研究了供应商的选择方法,从契约订立、产品验证、不合格产品的界定与质量责任划分、供应商业绩评定与动态管理等方面,对供应商的质量控制进行了探讨。
Based on the principle of win-win to control the quality of suppliers, this paper studies the methods to select good suppliers, and explores how to control the quality of supplies from the following: contract, inspection, nonconformity finding, performance evaluation and dynamic management.
