摘要
文章对中小制造企业的内涵进行了界定,从重销售、轻采购、忽视"双赢"等方面分析了中小制造企业采购管理现状及存在的问题;并从构建采购管理组织机构、采购管理信息系统和采购管理模式的保障机制三方面提出了中小制造企业采购管理模式的构建——集中采购管理模式。
On the definition of small-medium manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the status and problems of its procurement management from its paying attention to sales,ignoring procurement and the ＂Dual-win＂,To build its organizations,management information system and the security agences,we must apply the centralized procurement management for it.
