摘要
采用体外人肝细胞和中性粒细胞(PMN)复合培养,用带有3μm孔径的碳素膜将肝细胞和PMN隔离的方法,动态观察了烧伤病人(烧伤面积大于50%,Ⅰ~Ⅲ度烧伤后48h内)血清对肝细胞的损伤及在PMN参与下的损伤。结果显示:烧伤血清直接对肝细胞有损伤作用,中性粒细胞复合培养后对肝细胞损伤作用明显加重。将肝细胞和PMN隔离复合培养使损伤明显减轻。说明烧伤早期肝细胞和PMN的粘附行为是加重肝细胞损伤的因素之一。
Much attention has recently been paid to the toxic effects of neutrophils on tissue and cells. But little has been reported about the mechanisms of the injury of neutrophils to the hepatocytes. This study was thus conducted to observe dynamically the toxic effects of burnt patient's serum (TBSA>50%,Ⅱ Ⅲ 0, during 48h) and neutrophils on hepatocytes. The results indicated that :(1) burnt patient's serum was toxic to hepatocytes; (2) the participation of neutrophils could enhance the hepatocytic injuries; (3) the hepatocytic injuries could be obviously alleviated by being isolated from neutrophils. We can conclude that the neutrophils aggravate the hepatocytic injuries. The intercellular adhesion between neutrophils and hepatocytes was one of the important factor of enhancing hepatocytic injuries.
