摘要
研究企业内部社会资本、组织文化、知识整合以及核心能力对企业绩效的影响机制和路径.通过理论分析建立研究框架,构建结构方程.选取我国华南地区172家企业为样本进行实证研究.本文的理论贡献在于证实了上述变量之间的关系结构,明确了这些变量之间相互影响的机制和路径,对于正确理解知识整合在企业社会资本与文化转化为核心能力的过程中的作用有重要价值.
It studies the mechanism and route by which firm-internal social capital, organizational culture, knowledge integration, and core capability impact organizational performance. Through theory analysis, it built sreseareh frame and constructed SEM, and then went on an empirical research on 172 enterprises which come from South China. It shows the relationship among these variables, and confirms the mechanism and route by which these variables impact each other. The conclusions will contribute great value to understand the function of knowledge integration rightly which plays an important role in social capital and organizational culture transforming to core capability.
