The Effects of Social Capital and Political Efficacy on Villagers’Participation of Self-governance When the Institutions Are Given

摘要本文关注制度刚性下的村民自治参与。基于多省农村村民自治参与的调查数据,考察了社会资本、政治效能感对村民自治参与影响的独特效应和差别效应,并检验了政治效能感在社会资本与村民自治参与间的中介效应。发现了社会资本、政治效能感与村民自治参与之间的关系模式具有"相对专门化"的特点,政治效能感在社会资本与村民自治参与之间的中介效应,初步揭示了在制度刚性情况下社会资本和政治效能感对村民自治参与作用的具体过程和机制。 Based on the data of villagers,the article explores the specific and differential effects of social capital and political efficacy on villagers’participation of self-government,and examines the mediating role of political efficacy to the relation of social capital and villagers’participation of Self-governance.The study finds that social capital and political efficacy have relatively specific effects on villagers’participation of self-government,and verifies the mediating role of political efficacy.The study tentatively expounds the procedures and mechanism of role,which social capital and political efficacy have played to villagers’participation of self-governance.Theoretically,the study expands and enriches the research of villagers’self-government,and practically,the study could offer the theoretical explanation to enhance the performance of villagers’self-government.
