摘要
文章给出了多指标评判问题的靶心贴近法.该方法将层次分析法和离差最大法相结合,采用组合法确定评价指标的权重,并按与靶心的贴近度大小对方案进行优劣排序.将该方法应用于局域公路网的评价,取得了较好的效果.
The article introduces a new method of multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation. The method combines AHP with maximizing deviations and determines the weigh of evaluating index in a method of combination. According to the degree of approaching to eye of target, we can get an ordering preference of program. It has been applied to evaluating highway network and we have got better results.
