摘要
由于山区混合型公路客运的特殊性,为了满足交通安全保障要求,从道路环境、车辆、驾驶员和交通执法四个方面展开调查与分析,选择层次分析法建立二级指标权重集,然后通过调查问卷对营运安全进行定量评价。通过商洛市六县一区的实例,说明该方法对评价山区客运安全是科学和有效的,其研究结果有利于统筹提高区域运输路线的安全性。
According to the particularity of mountainous mixture highway passenger transport, and to meet the urgent needs of traffic safety requirements, an evaluation index system was established from the four aspects of road environment, vehicles, drivers and traffic law enforcement. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process was chosen to establish a two index weight set; then, the safety of passenger transport on the mixture highway in mountain areas would be qualitatively evaluated with questionnaire-survey. The study of Shangluo city proved that this method was scientific and effective to evaluate the passenger transport safety in mountain area. The result would be beneficial to improve regional transport safety.
