摘要
在深入研究高速公路建设项目有关理论和方法的基础上 ,构建了公路建设项目的评价指标体系 ,探讨了各定性、定量评价指标及其属性值的量化方法 ,提出用神经网络理论来研究公路建设项目评价的新思路、新方法 。
Based on the deeply research on the theory and method of the highway construction,this paper presents the normalization methods of attribute value of input and output indexes of the neural network,proposes new evaluation method by the neural network,and sets up the model of highway construction comprehensive evaluation.
