摘要
在研究耐碰撞车辆安全性设计思路和设计规范的基础上,以天津津滨城市轨道车辆的头车为例,设计了不同碰撞速度下的多级吸能系统及其布置方案。仿真计算结果表明新设计的耐碰撞车体结构能够满足不同碰撞速度下稳定有序变形的设计要求。
On the basis of studying the design ideas and design standards of crashworthy vehicle, a hierarchical energy absorption system and its installment schedule are presented for Tianjin Jinbin urban rail vehicle. Simulation results show the new crashworthy vehicle structure achieves the design requirement and its deformation is stable and orderly under different collision speeds.
