摘要
在讨论城轨车辆耐撞性设计原则基础上,以某城市轨道车辆为研究对象,运用动态大变形非线性有限元技术,证明了多级吸能防撞区设计思想的可行性;基于模块化设计思想,提出5级吸能防撞区模块化设计;并通过结构优化设计,对比分析两种方案的仿真计算结果,论证了只有进行匹配性的吸能结构设计,才能够在碰撞中达到有效缓冲吸能,防止爬车的观点。
On the rules of design crashworthy urban rail vehicle discussion basic ,by selecting a urban rail vehicle as research object,the article proved the multilevel energy absorbing design concept is feasible. The article presents the design concept of a five level energy absorbing for the crashworthy structure by using modularization design, a study on optimizing the structure and the simulation results , the viewpoint is expounded that the energy absorbing structure must be suited to each other in order to absorbing energy and the overri- ding limitation effectively.
