摘要
目的:研究丹参酮ⅡA对兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的防御作用。方法:将60只兔随机均分为正常对照、动脉粥样硬化模型、洛伐他汀组及丹参酮ⅡA高、中、低剂量组,采用喂饲高脂饲料方法复制动脉粥样硬化模型。90d后,观察兔血清血脂水平、主动脉内膜脂质斑块面积以及左冠状动脉和主动脉病理变化。结果:丹参酮ⅡA高、中、低剂量组血脂水平与模型组比较,均没有显著性差异。与模型组比较,丹参酮ⅡA高、中剂量组主动脉内膜脂质斑块面积比率显著减少(P<0.01或P<0.05),肉眼和病理显示有显著改善。结论:丹参酮ⅡA能显著抑制兔动脉粥样硬化形成,但其降低血脂水平作用不显著。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the inhibitory effect and the mechanism of Tanshinone IIA on atherogenesis (AS) in rabbits, METHODS: Sixty normal male rabbits were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, AS model group, Lovastatin positive control group, Tanshinone IIA groups (high, middle and low doses). The rabbits were fed with high lipid food to establish atherosclerotic model. At 90 days, the blood lipid level, the atherosclerotic plaque area on aortic tunica intima, the histological changes of the left coronary artery and aorta were measured. RESULTS: There were no significantly differences in blood lipid level between Tanshinone IIA treated groups (high, middle, and low doses) and AS model group (P 〉 0.05). Compared with the AS model group, the plaque area in high and middle dose Tanshinone IIA groups were significantly smaller (P〈0.05, P〈 0.01), and there were significant improvement both macroscopically and pathologically. CONCLUSION: Tanshinone IIA can significantly inhibit the formation of atherosclerosis of aorta in rabbits, but its effect in lowering blood lipid is not significant.
