摘要
本文利用ＨＰＬＣ对含丹参中药制剂中的丹参素在家兔体内组织分布及含量进行了研究。结呆表明，静脉注射含丹参中药制剂后，丹参素在家兔肾、肝、肺、心、脑、脾组织中均有分布。肾组织平均为１４．１５μｇ／ｇ（±０．３３），肝组织平均为１７．６９μｇ／ｇ（±４．４４）、肺组织平均为１９．７３μｇ／ｇ（±４．００）、心组织平均为１２．３μｇ／ｇ（±２．１８）、脑组织平均为５．４５μｇ／ｇ（±０．６０）、脾组织平均为４．６６μｇ／ｇ（±０．６８）。
The distribution of Danshensu,an active principle in Saliviat miltiorrhiza prepara-tion,was studied with HPLC method.After the herbal preparation was injected into the rabbitvein,the average level of Danshensu,the principle compoment of Salivia miltiorrhiza was 14.15μg/ml(±0.33) in kidney,17.69μg/g(±4.44) in liver,19.73μg/g(±4.00)in lung,12.30μg/ml(±2.18)in heart,5.45μg/ml(±0.60)in brain,and 4.66μg/ml(±0.68) in spleen.
