摘要
体外实验观察低分子右旋糖酐(DX40)、甘露醇、丹参及藻酸双酯钠(PSS)对红细胞悬浮液粘弹特性的影响。结果显示:随着药物浓度增加,甘露醇能使η_(5·96)、η_(51·2)、η′、η″和G′增高;DX40使η′、η″和G′值升高,对η_(5·96)、η_(51·2)的影响均不明显;而丹参及PSS对η_(5·96)、η_(51·2)、η′、η″和G′影响均不明显,但丹参及PSS组的η′、η″和G′的平均值都低于DX40和甘露醇组的相应值。由此表明在治疗剂量时该4种药物有助于改善血液粘弹性。用于治疗缺血性脑血管疾病以及其他高血粘综合症时,丹参注射液和PSS输入速度可快一些,但甘露醇和DX40的输入速度不能过快。
In vitro, the effects of Dex-tran 40 (DX40), mannitol. salvia miltior-thiza and polysaccharide Sulphate (PSS)on the viscoelasticity properties of red cellsuspensions were studied. The resultsdemonstrated that when the concentrationof the drugs increased, mannitol increasedη_(5·96), η_(51·2), η′,η″ and G′, and DX40 increased the values of η′η″ and G′,but it had no obvious effect on η_(5·96) andη_(51·2); salvia miltiorrhiza and PSS had noObvious effect on η_(5·96), η_(51·2), η′,η″and G′. However, the average values ofη′,η″ and G′of Salvia miltiorrhiza andPSS groups were lower than those of DX40 and Mannitol groups. Clinically, thesefour drugs in treatment doses might im-prove viscoelasticity properties of wholeblood. For treating the ischemic cerebralvascular diseases and hyperviscosity syn-dromes, Salvia miltiorrhiza and PSS couldbe infused faster, but DX40 and mannitol.should be infused slowly.
