摘要
液体磁性磨具是利用磁致相变原理研制的新型光整用具。参考了国内外相关研究之后,建立了液体磁性磨具光整加工的流体动力学数学模型,并用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的CFD模块-FLOTRAN,对液体磁性磨具加工中的流场(速度场)和剪切应力进行了数值模拟,该结果与理论模型取得了较好的一致。
The fluid magnetic abrasives (FMA) ,which are developed based on the rheological properties of magnetorheological fluid and magnet fluid,are a new kind of precision finishing abrasives.In this paper,the mathematical model of hydrokinetics is established,numerical simulation of finishing flow fiela(velocity field) and shearing stress are carried out based on CFD module of ANSYS code -FLOTRAN during finishing process.Resuhs are consistent better with theories model.
