摘要
本文将计算制造中的工件自动定位方法运用于磁流变抛光工艺过程中。通过定位算法的仿真,论证了该方法的可行性;通过去除函数稳定性测试和抛光实验验证,该定位方法可以满足实际加工要求,并且具有缩短生产准备时间,提高加工效率的优点。
A workpiece localization technique of computational manufacturing is applied in magnetorheological finishing.The simulation of localization algorithm is presented to prove the feasibility.The experiment result of stability test of removal function and polishing of workpieces are presented to show that it can meat the requirement of machining with an advantage of reducing time of manufacture preparing and a higher efficiency.
