摘要
借助大型有限元分析软件ansys中的flotran CFD模块,对双辊板带铸轧的凝固过程进行了模拟分析,并对不同导热系数的侧封板对双辊板带铸轧凝固过程的影响进行了对比分析。此模拟结果可以为控制铸轧过程提供有效的参考。
The simulation and analysis of the solidification of twin roll strip casting was done by using the flotran CFD of the large finite analysis software ansys, and the affection of different heat conducivities of side shrouding to the solidification of twin roll strip casting was compared son and analyzed, and the effect of simulation can be the effective reference to control the process of casting.
