摘要 从烟草样品的前处理方法和检测方法两方面综述了烟草中有害金属的检测进展。前处理方法包括干灰化法、酸消化法、微波消解、固相萃取、电热蒸发、悬浮进样技术等方法。检测方法包括原子光谱法、分光光度法、液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法和中子活化法等。作者简述了各种方法的优缺点,展望了其它有害金属检测方法在烟草中的应用。 The determination techniques of harmful metals in tobacco were reviewed with regard to sample preparation and analysis The preparation methods, such as ashing, acid digestion, microwave digestion, solid phase extraction, electro-thermal vaporization, slurry sampling, etc, and the analytical methods, such as atomic spectrometry, spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and neutron activation analysis were investigated. The pro and con of using these methods were analyzed, and the application of other possible methods of harmful metals in tobacco was previewed.
