摘要
目的:探讨Cyclin D1及Ki-67表达是否与食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后有关。方法:通过免疫组化SP法检测63例食管鳞癌组织中Cyclin D1及Ki-67的表达。结果:Cyclin D1及Ki-67的阳性表达明显增高,阳性表达率分别为58.73%(37/63)和65.07%(41/63)。Cyclin D1和Ki-67阳性表达与临床分期、淋巴转移呈正相关,表达正常者1、3和5年生存率均高于高表达者,P=0.0001。Cyclin D1及Ki-67的表达之间存在正相关,P=0.001。Cox比例风险模型分析指出Cyclin D1及Ki-67表达增高是显示预后不良的重要因素。结论:Cyclin D1及Ki-67可作为预后因子,其表达与总体生存时间和无病生存时间有关,可判断食管鳞癌患者的预后。
OBJECTIVE: To explore whether the expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 correlate with the clinical outcome in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). METHODS: The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 were determined by SP imunohistochemical technique in 63 consecutive patients with ESCC. RESULTS: The positive rates of Cyelin D1 and Ki-67 expressions were 58.73 % (37/63) and 65.07 % (41/63 ), respectively. The positive expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 had a positive correlation with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The patients with normally expressing tumors had a better prognosis at 1, 3, 5 years than those with high expressing tumors, P=0. 000 1. Furthermore, the correlation analysis showed the class of Cyclin D1 positively correlated with that of Ki-67, P=0. 001. Cox proportional hazard analysis suggested that hign expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 were important factors indicating poor prognosis. CONCLUSION: As prognostic factors, which correlated with overall and disease free survival time, the expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 may predict the prognosis in patients with ESCC.
