摘要
目的为大鼠的尾静脉注射、膝关节注射与腹腔注射提供实用的固定装置与使用方法。方法采用输液胶瓶配合止血钳制作简易实用的大鼠固定装置,在该装置的固定下,进行大鼠的尾静脉注射、膝关节注射与腹腔注射。结果大鼠得到了良好的固定,可以快速、安全地完成尾静脉注射、膝关节注射与腹腔注射。结论该固定装置制作简单,经济、实用,是一种较好的大鼠固定装置。
Objective To provide a practical device and skills for injection of caudal veins, knee joints and belly cavity of rats. Method Using plastic bottle for injection and haemostatie forceps to make a simple device for holding rats. With this device, the rats were treated by injection of caudal veins, knee joints or belly cavity. Result The rats could be hold well in the device. With the device, the injection of caudal veins, knee joints and belly cavity could be finished smoothly, quickly and safely. Conclusion This device is economical, practical and easy to be made. It is a good device for holding rats.
