摘要
目的探讨静脉留置针在清醒大鼠尾静脉的置管方法和固定方法,旨在延长留置针的留置时间。方法对60只wistar大鼠进行尾静脉留置针穿刺和置管,记录操作时间、穿刺成功率和留置时间。结果 60只大鼠穿刺成功率达到100%,操作时间(4.07±0.76)min,留置时间(9.26±1.14)d。结论改进的方法安全可靠,能提高研究的准确性,同时节约了实验成本,为后续大规模动物实验研究提供了一定的基础。
Objective To explore methods of the rat tail intravenous injection and fixing by intravenous indwelling needle, in order to prolong the indwelling time. Methods 60 Wistar rats were given tail vein indwelling needle puncture and tube, recording the operating time, the success rate of ptmcture and the indwelling time. Results 60 successful puncture rate reached 100%, the operating time （4.07±0.76） rain, the remaining time （9.26±1.14） days. Conclusion The improved method is safe and reliable, which can not only enhance the accuracy, but also save the cost of experiment, and provides some basis for subsequent large-scale use.
