摘要 近年来对乳酸的研究表明,乳酸不仅是脑缺血/缺氧的代谢产物,同时也担负起在特殊情况下对神经元的供能作用。其主要在星形胶质细胞产生,又被神经元摄入胞内提供能量。此过程中单羧酸转运体(MCTs)充当着转运的角色。对乳酸的深入研究将有助于全面认识乳酸在脑缺血中的病理生理意义。 Recent study has shown lactic acid ( LA ) is not only waste metabolite during cerebral-ischemia, but also energy supply for the neuron in the pathophyiological situation. LA is made mainly in neuronal aerobic, and in turn taken in neuron, in the way of transportation by monocarboxylate transporter(MCTs). It is helpful to understand LA pathophysiological significance with the further study of LA.
