摘要
从信息学这一全新的视角来看待动态状态估计问题,提出了信息融合理论在电力系统动态状态估计中的应用思路,简要介绍了信息融合理论的内容和特点,着重探讨了信息融合理论在广域测量系统、分布式系统、系统突变检测、状态与参数联合估计中应用的可能性,阐述了各自的特点和应用优势,并给出基于信息融合理论的系统状态和参数联合估计方案。
From the novel viewpoint of information theory, the idea to apply information fusion theory to dynamic state estimation in power systems is proposed. After a brief introduction to the contents and characteristics of the information fusion theory, the applications of this theory are fully discussed in fields such as wide area measurement system (WAMS), distributed system, measurements under sudden changes and joint estimation of the states and parameters. The characteristics and advantages of these applications are developed thoroughly. A scheme of joint states and parameters estimation based on information fusion theory is given.
