摘要
提出了基于负荷监测系统的配电网状态估计方法。该方法利用负荷测录系统所采集的杆变和配变的三相电压、三相电流、有功功率和无功功率作为状态估计的量测量,将馈线上所有节点的电压、相角作为状态估计的状态量。使用基于牛顿法的状态估计算法求得配电馈线的运行状态和馈线上所有节点的电压、功率信息,这些信息可帮助调度员了解配电网的整体运行情况并协助决策。以装配有负荷测录系统的一条实际的10kV馈线网络为例来说明该方法的正确性。
This paper proposes a state estimation method for the distribution network based on the load monitor system. The measured three-phase voltage and current, active and reactive power of distribution transformer are used as the measuring values in the state estimation algorithm. All the nodal voltage and angle of the feeder are seen as the condition variables. According to the data gathered from the load monitor system, all operational information of the distribution network and all bus voltage and power of feeder can be estimated by the Newton-based state estimation algorithm. From the calculation result, the operator can get more information from the network so as to make decisions. A real 10 kV distribution line equipped with the load monitor system is illustrated to validate the validity of the proposed method.
