摘要
为了比较不同方法提取的高良姜挥发油的效果,为高良姜挥发油化学成分分析、药材道地性研究和质量控制提供参考依据,先后用水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂提取法和超声波辅助提取法提取高良姜挥发油,并分别用正油己烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醚和甲醇做稀释溶剂进行其气相色谱分析(GC),结果显示,不同的方法提取的高良姜挥发油外观性状和产率不同,不同溶剂稀释的挥发油样品的GC峰的数目和主成分峰的"表观丰度"也有明显差别,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油样品的GC色谱在保留时间16 min以后没有明显的峰,而其他方法提取的样品出现明显的峰。经GC/MS分析,不同方法提取挥发油的化学成分种类和相对含量也有较大的差异。因此作者认为,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取高良姜挥发油进行药材质量控制有一定的局限性,超声波辅助石油醚提取挥发油具有温和、省时、提取的挥发性的成分较多等优点,是一种较理想的提取方法,可用于高良姜挥发油的化学成分分析、药材道地性研究和质量控制。
Comparing the difference of volatile oil of the dry rhizome of Alpinia officinarum Hance extracted by different methods so as to supply data for quality control and research of A. officinarum Hance, the volatile oil of A. officinarum Hance was extracted by vapor distillation,extraction and ultrasonic extraction,then the volatile oil was dissolved with hexane, ethyl acetate,ethyl ether and methanol separately. Afterwards, the samples were analysed by gas chromatography (GC). The colors and yields of volatile oil of A. officinarum Hance extracted by different methods were diverse. The number of GC peaks and "apparent abundance" of main components peaks of samples were diverse too, which were dissolved with different degree separately. The volatile oil samples extracted by vapor distillation hadno obvious peak after the 16th minutes of retention time,however,the samples extracted by extraction and ultrasonic extraction had obvious peaks after the same retention time. Difference was found in the kinds and relative content of component of volatile oil extracted by different methods. Accordingly, there is a limitation to perform quality control and research of A. officinarum Hance with volatile oil extracted only by vapor distillation. Ultrasonic extraction is an ideal method for volatile oil extraction, which is mild, time-saving and efficient.
