摘要
研究海南高良姜挥发油超临界CO2萃取工艺。通过单因素试验研究萃取压力、萃取温度及萃取时间对出油率的影响,在此基础上做正交试验,并根据高良姜出油率,确定了最佳萃取工艺。超临界CO2萃取海南高良姜挥发油最佳工艺条件:压力35 MPa,温度60℃,萃取时间1.5 h,在此条件下,海南高良姜挥发油的出油率达到6.46%。为海南高良姜的开发提供了有意义的理论依据。
The extraction of volatilel oil from Alpinia oflicinarum Hance in Hainan by supercritical CO2 extraction was studied. The effects of extraction pressure, temperature and time on extraction efficiencies were tested respectively. And the influence of the three factors was determined by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the best combination of extraction condition is the pressure 35 MPa, temperature 60 ℃ and time 1.5 h. These results are provided significant theoretical basis for the development ofAlpinia oflicinarum Hance in Hainan.
