摘要
从科学使用教材、教学方法设计、多次进行预实验和课前讲练及重视课前、课后教案书写角度，探讨新入职教师如何备好生物化学实验课，从而提高教学质量。
The article discussed the problem how to prepare the experimental lessons of biochemistry as a new teacher from four aspects： scientifically using teaching material, choosing advanced teaching methods, practicing experiment and teaching before class, attaching the importance to the writing of teaching plan.
