摘要
为研究电连接器在微动中的摩擦特性及其对电接触的影响,设计了一种能够加速模拟连接器的微动并测量接触对间摩擦力大小的实验装置。给出了一种基于弹性材料连接器的微动摩擦测试机构的设计方法,介绍了仪器测试机构的工作原理并通过理论计算对其结构进行分析,通过有限元仿真和实验验证,该测试仪能够满足设计要求。
In order to study tribology property of electrical connector and its impact on electric contacts,an experimental apparatus which can speed up fretting in connector simulation and measure friction force between contacting pairs was designed.Design method of micro-friction test mechanism based on elastic connector was given with introduction to the working principle of the testing mechanism and analysis on its structure via theoretical calculations,through finite element simulation and experiment verification,the test apparatus can meet design requirements.
