摘要
研究了硅钢片表面形貌与迭装摇片性能之间的关系。研究表明,在工业标准规定范围内的冲裁毛刺对摩擦系数和摇片性能影响较小;润滑油量对硅钢片的摩擦特性及摇片性能有显著影响,直接决定了硅钢片在迭装过程中的受力状态。硅钢片表面的局部犁沟对润滑油起到了存储作用,使其在相对运动过程中表面受力不均匀,并可能导致硅钢片在迭装过程中出现卡片现象。
Relationship between the surface and assembling properties of silicon sheets are investigated. The results show that the blanking burrs had little influence on the assembling properties. The quantity of lubricating oil is a key factor. It directly affects the force state of silicon sheets while assembling. The lubricating oil can be stored in the local furrows on the silicon sheet surface. That induces the friction force uneven during the sheets moving and makes the silicon sheets jammed during the period of assembling.
