摘要
材料的质量和可靠性直接关系到卫星、导弹等航天型号产品的成败。材料的生产工艺、检验、选材、贮存和使用等环节都存在着影响质量和可靠性的因素。本文较详细地阐述了理化检测在航天材料质量控制中的作用,提出了航天材料质量控制的关键要点,分析了影响航天材料质量和可靠性的主要因素,并探讨提高其可靠性的途径。
The quality and reliability of materials directly are a bearing on the success or failure of space products such satellite and missile. There are many factors to effect the quality and reliability in the links in production process, inspection, selecting, storage and use for materials. This paper describes the role of theoretical measurement in the quality control of space materials in detail, analyzes the main factors that effect the quality and reliability of space materials, and investigates the ways to increase the reliability.
