在过去的几年里,中国的家族企业与职业经理人之间的信任似乎出现了空前的危机,文章在分析家族企业与职业经理人信任缺失的客观基础之上,探讨了家族企业与职业经理人信任重构的途径。
In the past years, the relationship between China's family enterprises and professional managers was in a great danger. Based on the objective facts of that, the author probed how to resume the trust between family enterprises and professional managers.
