摘要
目的制备齐墩果酸自微乳并进行质量评价。方法制备油酸乙酯/EL-40/乙醇自微乳体系,考察其形态、粒径分布、理化性质及稳定性等。结果制备的自微乳澄清透明,加水稀释后透射电镜下观察为球状液滴,平均粒径49.8nm。稳定性实验表明,齐墩果酸自微乳乳液性质稳定。结论齐墩果酸自微乳对药物增溶作用明显,制备方法简单。
Objective To investigate the preparation and quality evaluation of oleanolic acid self-microemulsion. Methods The ethyl oleate/EL-40/alcohol self-microemulsion system was prepared. The morphology, particle diameter distribution, physico-chemical properties and the stability of oleanolic acid self-microemulsion were studied. Results The microemulsion system was clear and transparent. The microemulsion vesicles appeared as sphere liquid droplet with a TEM electron microscope after diluted. The average diameter of the preparation was 49.8 nm. The stability test showed that the properties of the preparation were stable. Conclusion The self-microemulsion is easy to prepare and it can improve the solubility of oleanolic acid.
