摘要
采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。色谱柱为Agilent Hypersil C18(25cm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.005mol/L四丁基氢氧化铵溶液(取40%四丁基氢氧化铵6.6mL,加水1800mL,用磷酸调pH至4.0,再加水稀释至2000mL)-乙腈(720∶280)为流动相;检测波长为220nm。头孢哌酮钠、舒巴坦钠两种成分的回收率分别为100.9%、100.6%,RSD分别为0.31%、0.51%(n=6)。该方法简便,结果准确可靠。
To establish HPLC for determination of contents in cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection. The analytical column was Agilent Hypersil Cm column （25 cm×4. 6mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase was consisted of 0. 005 mol/L tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide （take 40% tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxides , add 1 800 mL water, adjusted to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid,eventually use water to dilute till 2 000 mL）and acetonitrile （720：280）. Detection wavelength was 220 nm. The average recovery （n=6） were 100. 9% for cefoperazone sodium （RSD=-0. 31%） and 100. 6% for sulbactam sodium （RSD=0. 51%）. The method was simple, accurate and reliable.
