摘要
本文研究了从女贞子中提取药效成分齐墩果酸的最佳工艺。利用超声波破碎法使皮仁分离并提取、经酸沉碱溶盐析、酸处理脱色脱脂、纯化结晶等步骤研究提取工艺条件。结果表明,从女贞子中提取齐墩果酸的最佳条件为:液固比为20∶1;超声波的功率为200W;提取温度为60℃;乙醇体积分数为70%;提取时间为50min,提取率为92%。结论该工艺简便易行、提取率高、能耗小、溶剂损失小,有推广应用价值。
This paper studied the optimal extraction process of the efficacy component,which is oleanolic acid,from ligustrum lucidum ait.Extraction process conditions were explored.The main extraction procedures were described as follows： dissociation of hull and kernel through ultrasonic fragmentation,acid precipitation,alkali dissolution,salting out,acid treatment,decoloration,degrease,purification,and crystallization.The optimum process conditions were as follows： liquid-solid ratio of 20∶1,ultrasonic power of 200W,extraction temperature of 60℃,70% volume fraction of ethanol,extraction time of 50 min,and extraction rate of 92%.Due to advantages of simple,higher extraction rate,less energy consumption,and less solvent loss,this extraction process is of great application value.
