摘要
目的:观察槐定碱对清醒自由活动大鼠海马脑电及组织形态学的影响。方法:利用立体定位仪将电极植入大鼠海马,一周后连接于BL-420生物机能实验系统,观察槐定碱腹腔注射大鼠的海马脑电波及组织学的改变。结果:腹腔注射槐定碱5~15分钟后大鼠海马出现痫样放电,海马神经元及胶质细胞发生损伤性改变。结论:槐定碱可诱发大鼠的海马痫样放电,并导致其组织形态学损伤性改变。
Objective: To observe the effects of sophoridine on die electroencephalograph and histomorphological structure of hippocampus in rats. Method: Stereotaxic frame was employed to imbed a tiny electrode which was connected to the BL-420 Bioteeh system to observe the EEG and HE staining was used to determine the histology and morphological structure of hippocarnpus induced by SR kindled epilepsy in rats. Resuit: 15min after sophridine was injected introperitoneally, EEG showed epileptiform discharges, Conclusion: Sophoridine can induce epileptiform discharge and cause neuron damages in hippocampus.
