摘要
目的提高护士抢救危重症病人的技能。方法建立抢救程序模型,实验组和对照组护士各100名,实验组护士运用抢救程序模型进行训练,对照组运用常规带教方法训练,训练时间均为6个月。结果实验组仿真模拟抢救成绩和医生满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用抢救程序模型训练护士,可有效提高护士的抢救水平。
Objective To improve nurses＇ rescue skills for severe patients. Methods The rescue program was established and 100 nurses in the experimental group were trained with the rescue program for six months. While the 100 nurses in the control group were trained with the routine teaching methods for six months. Result The nurses＇ performance in the rescue examination and docotors＇ satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of rescue program in nurses＇ skills training can effectively improve nurses＇ rescue skills.
