摘要
目的:探讨社区护士临床实践培训的方法。方法:将2009年参加培训的70名社区护士随机分成对照组和实验组,每组35人。实验组采用"指导—合作型"模式"P-D-G教学法"进行培训,对照组采用我院传统方法进行培训。结果:实验组社区护士的技能考核成绩以及一次性考核合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组社区护士对培训方式的满意度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用"指导—合作型"模式"P-D-G教学法"能有效提高社区护士护理操作技能,提高社区护士临床实践培训的满意度。
Objective:To explore the trainning methods of community nurses in clinical practice.Methods:70 community nurses who took part in training in 2009 were dividided into control group and research group(n=35.respectively).The research group was received "guiding-cooperaring" pattern "P-D-G teaching methods",control-group was trained with traditional methods of hospital.Results:Mark of technical examine and rate of first examinations passed in research-group were higher obviously than in comparing-group(P0.01),and satisfied with the train methods in the same results(P0.01).Conclusion:The "guiding-cooperaring" pattern "P-D-G teaching methods" can improve the satisfied degree and knowledge of nursing and operating skill of community nurses in practice.
