摘要
本文论述了在黑暗微好氧条件下利用光合细菌发酵产胡萝卜素的中试结果。中试生物反应器容积500L,中试研究中设计了合适的工艺流程,优化出较佳的发酵条件,获得了较高的发酵水平:经48h分批发酵,获得类胡萝卜素295mg/L,菌体干重7.2g/L。
his paper presents the results of seale-up research about carotenoid fermentation in dark and microaerobic condition by photosynthetic bacteria. The volume of pilot bioreactor is 500 litre. In this research, the scheme of technologlcal process is designed and the optimum conditions of carotenoid fermentation have been selected. The results of pilot plant research are obtained as following, the yield of carotenoid is 295mg per liter culture and the dry weight of biomass is 7.2g per liter culture after 48h's s batch fermentation.
