摘要
隐性知识是知识管理的核心问题,目前对隐性知识的研究范式限制了研究思路和方法的拓展。混沌理论是现代非线性科学中的一个分支,是科学研究中一种重要的工具和手段。本文以混沌理论的一般原理作为方法论,探讨了隐性知识的混沌特征及在知识管理中的意义,旨在为知识管理和知识创新提供新的思路。
Tacit knowledge is a core problem of knowledge management. The paradigms used at present about tacit knowledge research are confined in prompting the progress of thread and method. Being as a branch of modem non - linear science, the chaos theory is one kind of important tool and means. Utilizing the primary principle of chaos theory as a methodology, this paper analyzed the chaos characteristics of tacit knowledge as well as the significance in knowledge management, aiming the purpose of providing a new thread in knowledge management and knowledge innovation.
