摘要
知识是企业的核心资源,它只有在企业内部不断转移才能产生更大的价值。本文分析了企业知识转移的三种理论模式,以及影响企业知识内部转移的因素,并探讨了如何建立企业知识内部转移的机制。
The knowledge is the core resources of enterprise and it can produce the larger value for enterprise only if it can be transferred continuously inside enterprise. This paper analyzes three kinds of theretical mode that enterprise knowledge transfer, and the factors that affect knowledge transfer inside enterprise. How to establish the mechanism that could help knowledge transfer inside enterprise is also discussed.
