Research on the relationship of organizational learning, capability, and choice of innovation type

摘要在中国转型经济时期复杂多变的外部环境中,不断的创新是企业生存和发展的必要条件。为了实现创新,企业必须进行知识、技术和能力的快速积累。本文针对现有研究中的一些不足,提出了组织学习、组织能力和创新方式选择之间的一个研究框架,从理论上探讨了内、外部学习如何影响组织的不同类型能力的问题,进而讨论了不同的能力水平和技术创新方式选择的关系。 Under Chinese transitional environment, firms are facing the environmental uncertainty.In order to survive and develop,firms must innovate continuously.For this reason, firms must accumulate the knowledge and capability rapidly. The paper reviews the research finding, and points out the lacks of these researches.Then we discuss the relationship of organizational learning, capability,and the innovation choice.
