1996年凌汛黄河小北干流冰塞壅水成因分析 被引量:8

摘要 1996年1月中旬,黄河三门峡库区大禹渡一带处在坝前水位315—316m的回水末端,因寒流入侵,气温下降5~7℃,河道积冰增多,在流量300m3/s左右的情况下,弯道的狭窄水域卡冰封冻,水位壅高。长时间的低温风雪天气,以及大风降温初期在黄河小北干流和潼关河段所形成的冰凌堆积,又直接导致冰塞壅水节节上延。黄河小北干流潼关至蒲州老城河段于1月20日开始封冻,2月7日全面开河。封冻河段水位普遍壅高11-1.8m,两岸滩区冰水漫溢,受淹面积约160km2,滞蓄水量1.34亿m3。 Owing to located at the backwater effect end of 315 to water level of Sanmenxia reservior, the Dayudu area in the Yellow River was cause dammed water in the middle of January of 1996 when cold air overcasted with temperature falling down 5 to 7℃, which brought about ice accumulation in channel and ice blocking the river under discharge of around 300m3/s. Because of long time of low temperature and snowing, and the ice accumulation in Tongguan reach and little north stem of the Yellow River, the dammed water extended upstream step by step. The Yellow River reach of little north stem to Puzhou old city started ice on 20 January, and melted overall on 7 February.Water level in the iced reach is generally dammed up 1. 1 to 1. 8 meters with flood area of about 160 km2 over two dykes, and stored water of 134 million m3.
