摘要
根据黄河河曲段冰塞体演变规律和天桥水电厂1977年至1989年冰期运用经验,结合河道水、沙、冰的特点,文章提出了天桥水电厂冰期合理运用的意见。即在流凌期和封冻期水库高水位(834m)运用,充分利用有效库容,提高发电效益;若遇严重冰塞,则应降低水位运用,促使冰塞解体。解冻开河期,降低库水位(从832m降至824m)排冰运用,并利用凌洪过后的较大流量排除水库淤沙;当库区和回水末端发生冰塞壅水时,可根据冰情开启泄洪闸以骤降水位排冰。
In the light of the law of ice run process and the experiences in operation of Tianqiao hydropower station during ice runs of 1977-1989, this paper made some suggestions of rational operation of the station during ice runs, with considering flow, sediment, and ice conditions at the section. This suggestions are. the station should operate at a high water level (834m) in the reservoir during ice flood periods or freezing periods so as to use the affective capacity fully to increase electric output, do at a low level to facilitate disintergration of ice jam when ice jam occurs in the reservoir, lower the level from 832m to 824m to release out off reservoir when the freezen river is openning and flush the sediment by large dis charge in the end of ice flood period,and when reservoir or upward end of back water is blocked up by ice jam the flood sluice can be opened to suddenly lower the level according to the ice condition.
