摘要
封河是河流重要冰情现象，初始冰盖形成机制目前还没有成熟的理论。本文借助黄河下游冰情观测资料，探讨了冰桥形成的机理，并对冰桥形成的时间、地点提出了预报模型，在河冰理论研究及应用方面是一种积极尝试。
Freezing is an important ice situations river,There has not been a suitable theory to describe the mechanism of forming the original ice cover. In this paper,the observed data of lower reaches of the Yellow River are used to investigate the mechanism of forming the ice cover,and a forcast modelis prposed to pyedict the formming time and place.
