摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法测定知母药材中知母皂苷 BⅢ含量。方法:采用 Agilent C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(26:74),检测波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为33℃。结果:知母皂苷 BⅢ在18.4～172.5μg·mL^(-1)内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.4%(n=6)。结论:本法可用于知母皂苷 BⅢ的定量分析。
Objective： To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of timosaponin BⅢ in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae. Method：Chromatography was carried out on Agilent C 18 column （150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） , using acetonitrile -water （26： 74） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm. The column temperature was 33 ℃. Results：The linear range of timosaponin B Ⅲ 18.4 - 172. 5 μg . mL^-1（ r =0. 999 8）. The average recovery of tlmosaponin B Ⅲ was 100. 4% （n =6）. Conclusion：This method can be used for determination of timosaponin B Ⅲ in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.
