摘要
针对同步辐射光束线中的弧矢聚焦双晶体单色器,研究了高准确度自准直平行光管对Bragg转角的步长分辨、转角准确度等参量检测的方法.利用单色器的双晶平行光路,可以方便实现对晶体微调角度的放大,从而检测微调机构的性能.建立了光束线模拟光路,可以实现对弧矢聚焦效果的检测.利用该方法,完成了我国第一台弧矢聚焦双晶单色器的离线检测,检测结果达到了理论设计指标,表明了测试方法的有效性.
The check and measure methods of Bragg angle step and precision etc. parameters with high precision autocollimation are investigated. Adjustment angles of crystal have been magnified using parallel ray of monochromator,to checking and measuring performance of adjustment mechanism. Simulated ray of the beamline has been built to check and measure sagittal focusing facula. Performance checking and measuring of the first sagittal focusing monochromator in internal had been successfully achieved out of beamline,checking and measuring results in according with theory design index,indicating validity of those methods.
