铝双晶晶界滑动的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF GRAIN BOUNDARY SLIDING IN ORIENTED ALUMINIUM BICRYSTALS

摘要 制取了具有[110]对称倾斜晶界的纯铝双晶体,获得了18种不同取向差的纯铝双晶试样。测定了晶界滑动速率与晶界取向差的关系。发现晶界滑动速率是晶界取向差(晶界结构)的敏感量;晶界滑动激活能随取向差变化而变化,并有极小值和极大值;晶界滑动速率随晶界切应力的增加呈线性上升;晶界滑动速率随温度的升高呈指数增加。 Aluminium bicrystal rods with [110] symmetric tilt boundaries were grown.The sliding velocity of grain boundary was measured on a set of aluminium bicrystal samples with 18 different misorienta-tions and was found to be misorientation(i.e.grain boundary structure) sensitive.The sliding velocity decreases as sliding proceeds.It increases exponentially with temperature and linearly with shearing stress at grain boundary.In addition,the activation energy of grain boundary sliding changes with mis-orientation,and maxima or minima appear at some boundaries.
