摘要 用差热分析、红外光谱、扫描电镜等测试手段,研究了淀粉合脂复合粘结剂的固化机理。该粘结剂主要由α淀粉、焙烧淀粉、合脂、水按比例2.00.51.5(2.5~4.0)组成。研究结果表明,该粘结剂在加热固化过程中,形成了一种特殊的核/壳结构,而该结构中的过渡相作为应力传送和分散的载体。 Investigations have been conducted on the hardening mechanism of starch and synthetic fatty acid residual composite binder by usiang DSC,SEM and dinfrared spectrum.The binder is mainly composed of α starch,dextrin,synthetic fatty acid residual and water in the ratio 2 0∶0 5∶1 5∶(2 5~4 0).The results have shown that a special nucleus/shell structure was formed during heating the binder and the transitional phase in the structure,which transmits pressure and disperses stress as a carrier,played a role in strengthening the binder and increasing its hygroscopicity resistance.
