摘要
本文详述了乳化液组成物和乳化工艺对乳化、乳化液的主要性能的影响,介绍了两种性能较好的碱乳合脂。此外,作者还就用碱乳化合脂的机理提出了看法。
This paper depicts how the constituens of emulsion and emulsifying process affect the main working properties of emulsion and its emulsifica-tion. And here are two kinds of good-quality synthetic fatty acid derivatives which are emulsified with alkali, in addition, some points of view arc put forward on the mechanism of emulsifying synthetic fatty acid deriva -th'es with alkali.
