本文介绍了碱乳合脂粘结剂的基本性能,权述了碱乳合脂砂的工艺性能、配制和烘干规范,以及浇注试验的情况。
This paper introduces basic properties of the binders for foundry use -emulsified synthetic fatty acid derivatives with alkalis(ESF ADA), describes the technological properties and the making up specifications of ESFADA bonded sand and determinates the drying temperature suitable for ESFADA bonded sand. And results of production test with ESFADA bonded sand is also explained.
